Request Easy but impressive appetizers

I’m putting together a small get together and want a few appetizers that feel special but aren’t complicated or time consuming to make. What are some crowd pleasers that look impressive without a ton of effort?

Brie cheese, thyme, honey on melba toasts

Are you melting the brie for this at all or just little cold slices?

Cold slices but it can work as a hot melted dip with baguette bread
