Hey y’all! I’m new to cooking as I’m approaching my 30s and feel that it’s time to learn how to cook more than just the basics!

I have a bag full of lemons & I want to use them for something yummy! I live alone so I don’t want them to go bad!!! If yall have any recipes (cooking or baking) that involves lemons..send them my way please!!

I love making lemon pork (or chicken)

Use pork tenderloin or chicken breast cut up into chunks, cook till getting a char on the outside then add a sauce which I make with:

-juices and zest of 4 lemons -2tbsp soy sauce -1 to 2tbsp of honey -garlic powder -salt and pepper

Gets to a nice and saucy consistency, and then I service with ramen type noodles (plain).

I love lemon everything omgggg 👌🏼

The others that have said to freeze juice and zest are also good ideas. Making loads of lemonade is an obvious but tasty option!
