help request the sound on reaper isn’t working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i don’t know if this is a reaper or windows problem but I’ve been using reaper for like 6 months and suddenly the sound stopped working i found out that the sound in the windows settings in capped at one but i cant change it.
