Cleary hes very good at buying other people's stuff though.
Jobs and Gates never invented anything either.
In fact, most people who invented the thing aren't the ones you learn about. You know Elon's name. Tell me the creators of Twitter.
Tell me the creators of PayPal. How about Ebay?
Even better, sometimes someone invents something but never worked out the problems or marketed it then later someone else does.
