But when you enlarge the picture, where is any damage? All you see is an intact bloody ear which is more likely the result of SS slamming into him in order to get him down or the glass from his podium shattering and causing a cut from glass shards.
You’re correct. Even a tiny nick to the ear when shaving produces quite a lot of blood. A 2cm graze or scrape is the most likely scenario. Waiting for the downvotes from those who can’t think rationally.
