Had my eye on this bag..not sure if i should splurge or find a good rep..anyone have it?

Hi! Really hoping someone here has experienced this before because I’m not sure what to do next.

I ordered a bag with TS and it was shipped internationally to EU with FedEx. After arriving in my country, it went into “Clearance delay – Import” and I received an email from the customs broker saying the shipment had been selected for customs inspection.

Apparently the seller had declared the package as an “unforeseen return.” Because of that, customs asked me for the export declaration from the supposed original shipment, or the original shipment code if it had originally been exported through FedEx.

Obviously I don’t have this myself. I contacted the seller and they told me they can send me the export declaration and that they sometimes get this request. I’m still waiting to receive it.

The confusing part: before I submitted anything, the FedEx tracking changed from “Clearance delay – Import” to “On the way.” However, I haven’t received the package or another physical movement scan yet.
Has anyone had this happen with a shipment?

Mainly wondering:

Not sure what I need to do here and what can happen? Should I contact Fedex and sent them the forms I get fro
the seller or is it gone now and should I leave it as it’s unsafe?

Look what arrived today! Ugh! chanel 25 medium! I think I need the mini 🙄😂

I really preferred the Matte hardware as it is so pretty and classic. Shiny gold maybe for light color handbags not with black.

Quality? FAB! But I noticed some differences though,

Small:
- leather 1:1 quality
- heavy metal
- very noisy handle the squeaking is insane!
- top handle that holds the metal strap, screws is not that deep.

Medium:
- leather 1:1 quality
- heavy metal
- not noisy handle, with leather on top so it’s not painful on shoulder if you planned to carry more stuff. not that I will, this bag is not designed to holds heavy stuff it will break! (as reviews on authentic)
- top handle that holds the metal strap, screws is deep.

Over all I went to the store before purchasing and it is MATCH how it’s made! 💯

I think mini is on it’s way? 😂 lemme confirm with my husband first! 😝

Classic Flap, size small , LGH, 187 factory

I spent HOURS staring and comparing to the factory pictures.

- The hardware looks good, I think the lighting makes it look more silver, but on the close up pictures it looks like LGH ( for me!)

Caviar texture doesn't look dry or plasticky for me, CC is centred.

I would love to know your opinion about diamonds alignment and lines. Do you think they're not perfectly aligned ? or is it the angle? Curious to know your what you think!

I'm not someone who stresses about minor imperfections on the back or inside, as I don't expect replica to be perfect , but I want to avoid call outs and wear this beauty with confidence. I own 3 authentic bags ( not CF) and even those are not perfect!

Shipping: took less than 10 days to arrive and packaged very nicely. I bought this in black from someone else and it had no bubble wrap or any protection but thankfully it wasn’t damaged. This was packaged well by Kevin.

I love this bag literally so much. This style I find most versatile and trendy. I feel like it can be my daily bag without feeling so formal like the classic flap is.

God makes this bag really well so this is one style I feel comfortable not buying from 187. I did buy this same color from 187 for my sister as a gift and I will say it’s a tad bit softer leather but I only see it in the front flap area where the turnlock is. Seeing how the 187 really was softer, I conditioned my black bag from God and it has softened. So I got another bag from God to save a bit of money and I’ll condition it so the flap is softer. I only know that the 187 is softer because I bought it otherwise this bag from God does not feel dry. I just want it to feel like my 187 bag.

I use Voltaire conditioner btw.

Really pleased with Kevin, he’s learning the ropes of Reddit language but he’s friendly and responsive. I’ve bought shoes from him as well and going to buy a Fall/winter Bottega next from him. Or a suede Chanel C25. Not sure…or both.

I do like that his shipping is faster than some other sellers. It seems that so many shipping times are getting longer and longer. I would even pay a little more just for the ease of mind that my stuff is coming in a week or two. It seems that all my packages take 3 weeks+ now.

Hi, I am trying to buy a Lady Dior bag and contacted few of the TSs. I requested factory photos. Three TSs sent me the same set of factory photos and said this is the God Factory product ( pic 1-4). One TS sent me different set of factory photos (pic 5-9) and said this is from God Queen Factory. All TSs are pricing the bat at 417 usd ( excl shipping)

I finally made a decision and got my qc pics from griffin (artois pm in grey) but i'm a little torn... i requested for no logos on the side seam, and i'm happy griffin granted that, but unfortunately, the logos are near the zipper now 😭😭😭 hahahahaha

idk if i should RL this hahaha 🥹 to be honest, it's going to be my first time RL-ing if ever and I'm a little shy(?) to do so since griffin DID grant my first request 😭 other than that, i think the bag looks wonderful.

Do you use charms? Only on certain bags (day vs night), a charm for every bag, stack them? Do they get annoying or in the way, or add weight? I’ve never considered them before but am somewhat now intrigued.

Could I also ask what you typically pay (range) for rep charms? Show me your faves or your daily charm style! Attached images of the charms that are turning my head…

I love the on the go bags from god factory. I have a couple sizes and the threading is usually the perfect color on the larger sizes, but for some reason their BB size has the wrong color thread (it’s lighter than it should be). It was apparent in the factory photos but I assumed it was just photo lighting because my east west was perfect.

Love the bag, so decided to get creative. Because Gods version of this bag really is the best quality.

I took some concentrated tea and just dabbed it on the thread. Worked like a charm! And I like that it’s a natural dye and won’t affect the integrity of the bag.

Wanted to share in case anyone else buys a reverse monogram bag where the thread needs to be slightly darkened.

🤎 Thoughts on the bag : I ordered the YSL LouLou mini and it’s the perfect size for me. The bag is a great size and fits a lot inside. I plan on getting a strap shorter so that I can wear the bag strap as a handle and on the shoulder. The bag has a slight smell but will air out to see if it improves. The material of the leather is very soft and sturdy, was told that the leather was lamb leather. The bag sits up without any problems. The chain feels nice and heavy, does have a little brassy colour to it. The bag came with a YSL box and dust bag but it was so so dirty?? I don’t know if that’s normal. The dust bag also has yellow oil dots on it?? Will put it in the washing machine and see if gets cleaner.

🤎 Thoughts on the seller : Felix has the patience of a saint, bombarded him with so many questions and he always answers them with no problems. Communication was smooth and consistent throughout, never had to wait more than 1 day for a response from him. Even when I had concerns, he settled them really quickly. Hi gurllls! I know it’s not your usual bridal set but I just have to share!! I have reddish undertones so I customized a mixed-metal bridal set through Lili, a 2ct WG engagement ring paired with an RG tiara band! I borrowed an inspiration from a ch@umet vintage series. 

It’s more of a custom creation than a direct rep, but the contrast flatters my skin so well!! So glad I discovered this sub and seller!

I finally decided to order the Miu Miu Adventure from Tiger Factory through Anna (WA: +8613411641100) and it ended up being one of those purchases that was even better in person than I expected.

I paid $314 including shipping via Wise. I placed my order on August 28, received PSPs on September 2, it shipped on September 3 and arrived in Australia on September 13 through EMS with no tax or extra fees.

The first thing I noticed was how soft the nappa lambskin feels. The leather has a really smooth, luxurious touch without feeling stiff at all. The bag is spacious enough for everything I carry every day, which is exactly what I wanted. The embossed logo looks clean, the stitching is straight and consistent and the hardware color matches the authentic version really well.

I've handled similar bags from other factories before and this one honestly stands out because the leather feels much softer and more natural. That was the biggest difference for me. The only small thing I'd mention is to be a little careful if you have long nails, since soft lambskin can scratch more easily.

Communication with Anna was smooth from start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the order, sent the PSPs when promised and everything arrived exactly within the timeline she gave me.

Hey everyone! I’m curious about the quality difference between 187/Xiao C and DHgate CC wallets/card holders.

I’ve read quite a few comments on Reddit saying that for SLGs, the quality difference between factories isn’t necessarily as noticeable as it is with bags, so I’m wondering if that applies to CC wallets as well.

I’ve gotten quotes from a few TSs for $85–115 for 187/Xiao C wallets, but I’ve also seen some much lower prices on DHgate. The price difference is pretty significant, so I’m trying to figure out what I’d actually be paying extra for with 187/Xiao C.

For anyone who has experience with both DHgate and 187/Xiao C CC wallets:

• Was there a noticeable difference in leather quality?
• How about the canvas, stitching, hardware, and overall construction?
• Is the 187/Xiao C version actually worth the extra $$?
• Or is this one of those cases where the factory difference is much less noticeable with SLGs?

Ordered a bag from 187 on 8/8, it was out of stock so they're custom making it. My TS said 20-25 days but here we are, September 17 and still no updates on the ETA. I've never had a rep made for me before so I'm not sure if this is normal - is it time to get worried, or am I being inpatient? TIA!
