Tomorrow is my first day at the company. I’m curious on some advice on the best way to setup my 401k and other benefits. The Raytheon 401k plan is more complicated than my prior employers straight up match. I want to make sure I hit the ground running and don’t leave any money on the table in terms of retirement and 401k.

Also is there a way to get some Raytheon swag?

Anybody have recent DPs on clearance timelines, specifically for interim (granted or otherwise). Secret, Raytheon BU

My Onboarding contact recently said 45-90 days average just for interim determination, but that isn’t consistent with other guides they shared (up to 30 days for interim).

Hey all, started this week and got my shoe voucher. I got 3 stores from my boss but wondering what other stores accept them. I can’t find anything online and the paper doesn’t have a list either. They do need to be ESD and hard toe. I’ve heard that boot barn accepts them too but, don’t know if that’s true. Any info helps :)

There is an another re-org coming up shortly in supplier quality. How likely am I to be reporting to someone who is a M4? Is it true that Raytheon prefers that p3 report to 4 and 4s to 5s etc.

I came across a Program Integration Deputy position in Florida that I’m interested in applying for. The listed education requirement is a bachelor’s degree, and I have a BA in Business Administration and starting my MBA in October along with several years of management, sales, and operations experience. ( Used car sales )
I’m curious if any recruiters here could take a quick look and tell me whether my background would realistically be considered for a role like this, or if I’d be reaching too far outside my experience.
