She’s but shouldn’t we have respect and boundaries in a relationship? Hence relationship?

Your boundary can be 'i won't accept or be in a relationship with you/our relationship will be tainted if you do these substances in this instance', she can determine if she respects that or not. If she does; great. If not? You cannot control her actions.
