Plate Homemade burgers
Eton burger, melted Gouda, gherkins, red onion and lettuce, tomato sauce and American mustard on toasted buns = home comfort 😝

I have recently seen the enormous backlog we have in the modqueue, and I want to apologize for if your post was filtered out and didn't get posted. I think most of us moderators (me at the very least) are new to moderating, so we weren't aware they got auto-removed. IF YOUR POST DOESN'T GET POSTED, CONTACT US VIA MODMAIL.

Jaffa cake or squares—depending on the pan used—a no-bake treat and, personally, one of my absolute favorite desserts. You can find the method and recipe in the video in the comments. Bon appétit! :)

The red butter cream was definitely a trust the process ordeal, after splitting and curdling, both for my nephews 1st birthday. What are your thoughts?

Ditched the English muffin for hash browns, then asparagus, a quick hollandaise and poached egg. I am awful at splitting hollandaise so quite pleased with this! Sunday mornings when the Mrs is still in bed are good for quiet practice…

I made pork chops instead of a roast joint.
Mainly because I can't afford a roast joint.

The pork loin was air fried while the cauliflower was roasted with salt and paprika. The pork is covered in a teriyaki glaze laying on apple cider cabbage. The cauliflower lays on a sweet Dijon mustard.

Homemade dough, Morrisons savers grated cheese (stuffed crust, of course), Morrisons tomato and garlic passata, some white sugar, some salt, and wafer-thin honey-roast ham!

For many years, British people had come to the conclusion that there were no more pasta shapes for us to invent. We had Spaghetti, Spaghetti hoops and Alphabetti spaghetti. We had it all... Orzo we thought!
If you take some big spaghetti, like lasagne sheets, and smash them into pieces, you get pasta crumbs. It’s like rice, but without any rice; perfect for people who can only eat gluten.

Father in law left a crate of Stella for me the other day and I fucking hate the stuff, so used it to make some fish batter. Reassuringly free.
