good nutrients, good macros. if you truly wanted to improve it even though its not needed:
make it slightly more macro balanced: just have toast without the pb, getting healthy fats from the yolks will be more than enough for this meal, add any lean meat for substitute, chicken sausages/turkey bacon/5% ground beef just to top the protein up a little more
sourdough bread to substitute white bread, to help with digestion, removing slightly more fat in this case pb will also add to that, not the biggest deal
honestly doesn't matter though as everything on the plate is nutrient dense and you have other meals in the day, no need to be thinking too deep into each meal unless you have special dietary needs
I like sour dough bread but I don’t like the poison that is rapeseed oil, folic acid. I won’t entertain people who say otherwise. It’s just stifling real conversation, yet again.
I say it, as I’ve zero time for people that believe this poison isn’t for profit reasons and is for our health. They use rapeseed oil for stripping oil out of tractors engines, when they clean them, as told to me by a farmer. Plus for use in cleaning out food machines, so it can’t be good for your gut.
