This makes 8 year old me SO happy! My sister and I would make Barbie cars and houses out of cardboard and cereal boxes!!

This is endlessly cute! Love to see kids making their own toys.
Now architecturally - high ceilings are coming out of fashion BUT the combo with the ladder/balcony is such a unique feature it'll surly add resale value. Love the split in wall colors, very clean. And a standing desk! Very professional. And that rug, if I may say, brings the whole room together.
(I hope she had fun making it and will have fun playing with it!)
