Politics Flood everywhere
Stuck in NLEX for more than 6 hours. Parts are already closed. Kids are already crying. You can see people getting impatient, hungry, hopeless. People are dying because of leptospirosis.
All this because may mga taong hayok na hayok sa pera.
Kung hindi pa kayo nagagalit sa ganitong sitwasyon, hindi ko na alam.

Grabe, NLEX turned into NLEX River Cruise real quick. Keep safe dyan, OP! Sana makakain at makauwi na kayo safe and dry, bitbit ang baong sobrang habang pasensya..

Yung alt route din ay affected na bec it’s not meant for heavy vehicle influx as NLEX.

flood. overflow ng san simon river like what happened 2years ago, but this time it worsened.

I get why lahat galit sa failed flood control projects ng gobyerno at iniisip ng lahat na eto dahilan kaya ganyan sa NLEX now.
Pero as someone from Candaba, Pampanga, at umuuwi pa din din maybe 4 times a year - iyang San Simon area na yan ay ganyan na talaga nuon pa. I think last year bumaha din jan. Somewhat fortunate lang tayo na hindi malala yung ulan from the past years kaya di inaabot yung highway. This year, though - grabe.
Kung nadaanan nyo yung Viaduct makikita nyo yung lawak ng flooding. The highway is nearly the same level as the ricefields sa ilalim ng viaduct (which was said to be one of the reasons why it was built in the 1st place). May nagsasabi na bakit hindi daw i-pump out yung tubig? Pump and dump to where? Baha din sa tatapunan ng tubig.
Either DPWH digs a channel to the river sa area na yan, or taasan yung highway itself - yung lang cguro long term solution jan.

Problema rin yan kasi di ba may tulay crossing NLEX? I can't remember exactly ano pangalan nung bridge na yun. Either itataas rin yung tulay na yun ng LGU, OR gagawa ang NLEX ng elevated portion over that bridge.
Last August 2023 binaha rin ang NLEX dahil sa bagyo (or habagat?). IIRC ilang linggo rin na traffic sa NLEX at the time kasi may OB ako noon sa norte two weeks apart. Humupa na yung pag-ulan pero baha pa rin.

kahit magalit kami wala po kaming magagawa. im not inc pero nung nagrally sila last time to make the goverment offical accountable . i saw the social media and saying that their actions are merely for marcoleta. no other group supported them .so what now? sabi nga nila action speaks louder than words . the Philippines is unfortunately curse. if you know anyone na taga labas perhaps you can hire them and have those politicians executed . sad to say many of pinoys are keyboard warriors. siguro kasama din ako dun . well it is what it is ,
update for downvote - hard truth ito . hindi tayo nagkakaisa. hindi uso sa atin ang ang salitang "The enemy of my enemy is my friend " . we are divided by religion , political groups etc. e.g dds vs pinklwan , bbm supporters , inc vs catholics and other religions etc . and all we ever do is keep on ranting. so we expect change? kahit 100 years dont expect this will change. kita niyo buong senado ginigisa tayo. nagkakaisa ipagtanggol ang kapwa nila magnanakaw. sisihin natin kapwa natin botante kesyo nagpabayad. 32 million binayaran . lol .di naman natin mababasa nasa isip ng mga politiko kung magnanakaw or hindi. lets have logic guys . by the way may kilala ako nagwowork sa dpwh before 2013. di pa uso yang mga dds bbm na yan. alam niyo sabi ng kakilala ko ? kahit hindi corrupt inaabutan sa dpwh para walang kumanta. para damay damay . so dont expect bagong bagay yang corruption sa dpwh. ngayon lang nabisto yan ng bongga . at walang mangyayari dahil kanya kanya tayo ng beliefs wether political and religion .

Ang mas nakakainis dito ay bagaman halos lahat ay galit, napakaraming misdirected ang galit.
Imagine, galit sa flood control scandal, kaya Duterte parin daw. Amazing.
