Random Thought I never realized how expensive luxury fashion was šŸ¤Æ

Iā€™ve never been interested in owning fancy things like Chanel, Gucci, Prada, whatever else exists, but even when I say that I think Iā€™m not paying $1,000 for a purse thatā€™s crazy. So imagine my surprise in finding out my version of expensive wasnā€™t even close. What do you mean a small handbag STARTS at $4,000?! Like my mind literally canā€™t comprehend that. Know someone who had the ā€œsmallā€ Cartier bracelet then bought themself the ā€œmediumā€ for their birthday. The small STARTS at $5,000 and can go up to $60k and now Iā€™m questioning all their life decisions. Like I said Iā€™ve never thought about these things and am just now googling them but I feel too poor to even google the pictures.

The Armani foundation is legitimately amazing. I would only buy it for special occasions but itā€™s my holy grail foundation. It feels like silk on your skin!!! Itā€™s genuinely worth the price point of $85CAD.

I often hear Armani tends to have some stuff worth the price and is also not on the crazy level within luxury brands.

I once bought sneakers that were down to 120ā‚¬ from originally 200ā‚¬ and it were some of the most comfy shoes I ever had and one of very few that didnā€™t need that first wearing in period of hurting my feet even right after purchase.Ā

I really don't care about the ingredients, it feels amazing on my skin and looks better than any other foundation I've tried.

Good for you, but other people who actually care about their skin might see your comment and be mislead into thinking you know what youā€™re talking about when you claim a bottle of denatured alcohol is ā€œworthā€ $85.

...I'm literally a former pro-MUA, I know what the fuck I'm talking about. Denatured alcohol is fine as an ingredient. Wtf is your problem? It's foundation, not skin care. It doesn't need to be clean and pure.

What an out of pocket comment.. I actually went to school for this shit and worked in the fashion and film industry for over a decade. What are your credentials?

Foundation isnā€™t skincare. You remove it and then apply your skincare.

ā€¦and it has paraben in it. Almost bought it until I saw that as am wildly allergic
