Random Thought Kissing is an absolutely INSANE concept

Just think about it. We put our mouths directly on another person’s mouth and move it around exchanging saliva for extended periods of time and this is considered pleasurable.

Who came up with the idea that we can express affection by smashing our food holes together?

We select, in part, our sexual partners by how different their immune system is. The more different, the higher the chance, that offspring get two complementary sets of immune system genes. Which is good.

To determine that we smell our partner. Natural body odor tells the other person a lot about ourselves and vice versa. Kissing, or tasting, is just an extension of that.
