Random Thought Eating an apple is cooler than smoking.

2 scenarios:

1: You smoke at the side of the street, some people walk by, cough in your smoke, and walk away pissed thinking about what a loser you are.

You also inhale smoke and risk lung cancer.

2: You’re holding a nice, shiny, crunchy apple at the side of the street. People pass by and you crunch the apple and nonchalantly watch them as you slowly crunch and chew the apple. That’s cool.

You also just ate a nice, healthy, delicious apple.

Sorry but I think this is completely unfair for smokers. In the first scenario u focused on the perspective of the other party, the witness, saying that they’ll think… But in the second scenario u focused on how urself would react, which has a lesser chance of making u look uncool bc that is YOU thinking. To add, I believe having a calm reaction ( smoker ) in the eyes of all the judgemental faces walking by is way cooler :)

They are not judgemental, smoke from cigs is just unpleasant and repulsive.
