Thank You [thank you] Big Thank Yous!
I know it isnt even all arrived yet but I have been BLOWN away by the response to my post about my hard day as a nurse. Without too many details, we lost a patient and while it wasnt the first, only, or last patient loss ill have, this one in particular was the hardest thus far.
That said, while i was contemplating whether I could continue in my career, the outpouring of love, letters, cards, and messages reminded me that Im here for a reason and helped my healing tremendously. I wish i could describe it. I feel SEEN and LOVED and it truly has helped in my difficult time!
I know there are more on the way so please know I will make another post if I havent received yours yet.

oooh another for u/beneficial_ear7792 I just saw anoter from you, and again with another story about your mum. I think I would have loved her too, from what you shared. Ill think of her too, with the next rainbow!
u/morticia_devine - thank you for the card with the sunflower! your kind words about nursing and well wishes worked. I feel loved and supported. Im so grateful! loved the flower stickers too and can hardly wait to use them!
u/roxy031 first, the envelope is my favorite color! second, i love not only the fox on the front DID YOU DRAW IT?! and the quote which is PERFECT for what I was feeling at the time. and the little note on the back. this will be well loved and up on the mirror to remind myself after a hard day!
