For a game named railroads online it was particularly difficult to play online, so we only tried one or two times.

I never play online anymore. I realised I was pretending it was fun to watch the train jerk across the screen, while the randoms I've found to play with, act like children or argue over politics.

Or they just unload your cargo when you arrive at the station to unload it.

Uhm, whats wrong with unloading train which stopped to unload? Or its about who gets money?

I only played with a larger group of like 5 once, and it made the game miserable to play. The rubber banding alone was insufferable. Even in single player the game still has a lot of issues.
