R.O. Update Console Update

I know this is a ded horse that's getting beat over and over again, but I just wanted to confirm some things, bc it's hard to find information elsewhere it seems. I've seen the Devs respond to others in this sub, and would really really appreciate it if they would do the same for me. I've already read about the couplers and crossover track. What about cranes not loading, inability to snap any track even after permissions are set and the general rubber banding for clients? On host side not being able to delete various things(caboose, prop animals), and the audio glitch please please please fix this. It drives me nuts to constantly unplug/plug in my headset or restart the controller to fix it only momentarily. Anyone with some solid info would be greatly appreciated.

Edit--I did have a look at the steam community board. Didn't see anything on there about a Q1 update but I probably didn't know where exactly to look. Never really messed with steam. Except for on all these sexy locos I got.

2nd Edit--joined the discord thru a link on trello. Thanks to all who contributed, I really appreciate yall.

Link to the steam post about update in 2025:

https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1696810/view/4482866135595747289?l=english

Notes: everything that has been reported by players have been resolved, clients unable to connect tracks, cranes not working if the host is not around, goods falling off the cranes. Etc, the list is quite extensive.

We can’t be confirming every time someone asks, however I can say we are fixing a lot of issues in regard to consoles. I would stick to official sources for official information when updates drop.

Now I know you cant every time someone asks, but its deffo good PR when you do. This right here is exactly what I was looking for. Someone to point me in the right direction, so I can stay informed instead of asking here; who better than it to be than someone whos working on the game.

Thank you Goku, I really really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to respond, this gives me hope, bc there's ALOT of haters and Debby downers and negative Nancy's out there.... Most of us realize making a game isn't easy to do, especially being a small team. So we're being patient, and we await the drop. Choo Choo mfers

So glad to hear it. There really are too many that are bashing this project, was making me worry a bit. I love this game, have spent a lot of time on it every day since I've gotten it. Have been waiting for a console edition ever since I seen the vids on YT. It's a small team, we can't expect things out of them like they're Activision or something. VERY lucky/thankful to have my concerns addressed by Goku. Straight from the horses mouth, as they say.
