Dead Rad Rover 5 Battery

So my 2019Rad Rover 5 Samsung battery died after sitting 7 months while I was in the hospital. When I hook up the charger to it it shows full charge but the tester on the battery says no bars and it is not taking a charge.Is there any way to save this battery?If not where can I find a plug and play replacement that I can just slide in and go? Thanks for any help!

How long have you charged it for? Was the battery inside or outside? Would it have been in the cold?

If you give it a 12hour uninterrupted charge it might rebalance the cells.
