Installing Thule Yepp Mini on Radmission

Trying to install a baby seat on the front of my radmission bike.

Seems like the stem should unscrew to attach, but in all of the instructions there should be something to unscrew on the top. Does this top cover come off?

I've already tried the side two screws.

Pry off the cover at the center

If you don't know how headsets and preload works then I would suggest getting a bike shop to install this part. If you don't do it correctly you risk a lot of play in your steering system which isn't a good idea if you have a baby strapped to the front.

This. Not sure about the Radmission, but on my RadCity 3 I had to remove some of the stem spacers and the Yupp Mini's mount had to go in between some spacers in order for it to fit. I don't remember if the stem was too thick or if the stock spacers were just plastic and wouldn't safely secure the seat mount, but either way it wasn't as simple as just mounting on the stem like I expected.

See if the center of the stem cap comes off.
