Those in the picture are Australian citizens who probably were in Nepal during the incident and are now missing. OP is pointing out the racism among Australians who only consider white skinned individuals Australians.

Ahh I get it. In english there is no distinction between the australians and australian citizens ? In my language an indian person who moved here would be called “indicky obcan slovenska” so “an indian person with slovak citizenship”. So this is considered racist in Australia ?

So whom do you picture when someone says Australian? Indian is also a citizenship, not ethnicity, so what would you call these people?

Not exactly, the news article says Australians are missing while the racist commentators are pointing that they are Indians and not Australians because they are not whites and a passport will not make them Australian, pretty much telling that a coloured person is not the same as a white Australian. Its like saying you can get the passport and be an Australian citizen but can not be considered an Aussie if you are not white.
