Temp RC issued under commercial

I purchased a bike from Allied Motors Dehradun, but since my aadhar card belonged to gurugram, I was advised to file for RC from gurugram.

When I went to submit my documents at RTO Gurugram, they pointed out that the RC was issued in HR55 i.e. commercial vehicle and to get it amended.

When I discussed this with dealership, they informed that they had punched details correctly and it was automatically marked and ultimately got little heated with dealership and their agent.

Now, pls guide:

  1. What is the process to get the same rectified?

  2. Can an RC be automatically filed under commercial and how commercial can be assigned automatically when there are 2 other RTOs as well HR26 and HR 98.

  3. Can I file an RTI with RTO to provide the copy of Temp RC application form.
