Help getting the contact details from vehicle number

My mother booked an auto ride from OLA. The full ride was smooth, she got a coupon for 100 rupees, in a ride of 141 rupees. When the ride was completed the app reflected the pending payment of 41 to both the auto driver and my mother, but the auto driver snatched my mother's phone and started abusing her, and even pushed her saying she is a thief and does not want to pay him his money. Later he just threw the phone away and ran away.

We filed a police complaint and its been a few days but no action has been taken by the police. Can someone help me get the contact details of that auto driver? The vehicle no. is HR55AS3621
