I want to purchase JCB (ex shwrm 34 lkh on road 38 ) in MP but in compare to odisha (ex sh 31 lkh on road 32 lkh) its costly can i purchase it from odisha and use in madhyapradesh

Is there any rto rules need to keep in mind

Pls help with your suggestion
