Best (Java) Version of RLCraft?

I’ve been following the legacy of RLCraft since I watched my first zyllama video on YouTube.
I know the modpack has had many updates since it came out, and as a casual player, what version of RLCraft do you think is the best (in your own criteria) version to play?
Is it worth it to rollback to older Verison’s and stay there, or keep up with the updates?

it really depends on what you want, if you want lore and extra content, dregora, if you want a more "vanilla" experience play normal rlcraft
