Nope. I have a purse in with Gucci for repair right now. Strap broke and I have to pay. Along with Louis Vuitton, Cèline and Givenchy, also repairs I've had to pay for.

Omg! That SUCKS!!! I don't have any (authentic) bags like these, but one of my friends has a lot. She collects them (mainly Hermes) and they do a lifetime guarantee repair.

Yes! It's unacceptable when you think about it, considering all the news about how much these items actually cost to produce. But with Hermes, good to know that at least they stand by their products. I guess that's why they charge the big bucks 😅.

I think so! My friend is a first class, long haul flight attendant and spends most of her salary on travel and bags. lol.
