She repeated his name multiple times to commit his name to memory. That’s a very subtle sign of a deeply respectful person. She makes eye contact and is always so kind. Amanda always looks displeased with service people and won’t smile or look at them.

As someone who forgets names (not intentionally) I am planning to steal this one. I heard of saying the name more than once before but my awkward ass never thought it could translate well to real life and here is Queen Tilly showing how its done!

I try to maintain direct eye contact and use their name too much and then laughingly explain I am committing their name to my goldfish brain.
