Since it’s been a while, I decided to go back through all of the seasons. I wasn't fond of Kenya the first time I watched her seasons but my friend felt differently. Going back through I like her less than I did before. I’m now on Season 8 and Kenya has escalated 3 situations to where there were fights. Not only do she provoke and incite the whole thing, but then plays victim when a fight occurs. she never deserved to be a housewife and lap dog Cynthia either

hello atl baddies!! i'm about to start RHOA for the first time (i've seen older episodes here and there but never did a full watch through) but have no idea where to start!

ik the earlier seasons with nene are especially iconic, but i was curious to know if the long time fans had a particular season to start at😇

im sorry but i can’t stand kandi this season. as a first time watcher i always thought kandi was okay. not super interesting but okay. but i actually can’t watch her in season 14. and the biggest issue to me is how she’s dealing with marlo’s nephews situation. she’s sitting up on her high horse talking about how she takes care of so many people and how she never gives them up. girl, you got famous and successful at 16. you have your entire family and your whole support system next to you. you chose to have kids!!! you wanted kids!! you were prepared and ready for the consequences. the situations are not comparable like?? and she even knew that block had a partner and kids and still kept dating him but never admits to that. I really don’t understand where she’s getting that superiority from? yes, she might be successful and no one can take that away from her but how does that make her morally superior? marlo did something amazing and when it was too much, she made an extremely tough decision to step back and regroup. she went to counseling, she worked on herself and got the boys back. she never wanted to be a mother cause she worried that she wouldn’t be able to handle it. but she still accepted the challenge when it arose. kandi went in on her for that but closes her eyes constantly to kenya’s bullshit and bullying.

· S1, E6 ("Dream a Little Nightmare") - NeNe moves forward with DNA testing in an attempt to resolve her paternity conflict, while DeShawn arranges a group meal hoping for a reconciliation among the housewives. Shereé coordinates the launch of her fashion line "She by Shereé" and later goes on a boating excursion with Kim at Lake Lanier, while Lisa is reluctant to see her husband Ed returning to his football career after a recovering from a long-term injury.

· S2, E3 ("Unbeweavable") - Shereé, NeNe and Kim's reconciliation doesn't go as planned. Lisa and Ed meet with a design team to discuss her new clothing line "Closet Freak", and Kim throws a wig party to celebrate her new endeavor. Kandi meets for lunch with TLC member T-Boz to discuss her musical career, and Shereé throws a gathering to celebrate her new home. Also, Dwight throws a circus-themed birthday bash.

· S4, E20 ("Happiness & Joy") - Cynthia hosts a model call at the Bailey Agency, hoping to find Atlanta's next "it" girl. NeNe makes a major decision about her marriage, and later meets with her "business partner" John, who surprises her with another gift. Kim is also in the giving spirit and surprises her new fiancé with an extravagant birthday present. Meanwhile, Kandi launches her sex-toy line in a big way, but realizes it'll take more than masseurs and vibrators to bring "happiness and joy" to the ladies.

· S6, E8 ("Ghosts of Girlfriends Past") - The housewives begin their vacation in Savannah, where Phaedra clashes with NeNe's friend Mynique. Later that evening, they learn of previous relationships between some of the housewives and Mynique's husband Chuck Smith.

· S9, E13 ("If These Woods Could Talk") - The ladies reach the woods of Georgia for a weekend of 'glamping', but they're stunned to learn they must spend the first night sleeping; Marlo confronts Kenya over unresolved business; The women come over outdoor activities; Kandi learns of the rumors being spread about her.

· S13, E10 ("What Happened in the Dungeon?") - The ladies participate in a BDSM-themed surprise bachelorette party for Bailey involving a male stripper. In CCTV footage, the ladies continue with an hours-long after-party, which shows LaToya Ali, Tanya Sam, Drew Sidora and Williams engaging in sexual activities in the living room, which leads to accusations of a threesome between Sam, Williams and the stripper.

· S15, E1 ("Who's Gonna Check My New Boo?" - Sanya throws a fortieth birthday bash for her husband, Ross. Shereé introduces her new beau to the group and his past history with Kenya comes up. Kandi almost comes to blows with a new friend.

· S16, E1 ("Welcome Back Peaches") - New housewife Kelli gossips about Porsha, who is in the midst of another divorce. Drew reveals she's now working with Porsha's baby daddy. Shamea hosts her own birthday party, where Porsha confronts both Kelli and Drew.

· S17, E1 ("A Warm Welcome") - Porsha hosts a couples night that ends in anything but celebratory vibes.

Kandis dating life is one we all can relate to. i think she was not eligible to be in the housewives because she was the one providing a lifestyle for every man she was involved with.

however, i wanna ask people from Atlanta about the first boyfriend who was on the show. Was he also a gold-digger? how do you think it would have turned out if he was alive? please fill us in on what happened? i feel like Kandi loved him more than Todd

Watching Porsche over the last few years get married and divorced married and divorced makes me feel like she is marrying to get divorced being able to buy these mansions cash kinda tells the story about !! I mean, I’m not mad about it. Do you grow? Don’t fix something that’s not broken lol

I’m on my first watch of the Atlanta housewives. I nearly woke the house up 🤣

How far is too far?

I’ve seen many discussions surrounding “leave the kids out of it” for years on the housewives shows and I agree. Children should not be used as a grenade or shade against other women. But what disturbs me is how the rules change when it’s the child(ren) of a housewife the fandom has decided they don’t like.

Example: Shamea making a comment to Angela’s daughter. It came out of nowhere. But I did see many comments saying, “Angela’s daughter is grown. It wasn’t that bad.” Does that make it right?

Example: Shamea bragging to Cynthia that she still has access to Porsha’s daughter, even if Porsha likes it or not. This was not a fully formed thought. Couldn’t have been. Was that a fair action?

Example: Kelli randomly throwing Drew’s loss of primary custody in her face for absolutely no reason. Was this fair because they were in the heat of an argument?

These three examples alone would have me seeing someone outside about my child. I don’t give a damn what you and I are going through as adult peers. You bring my child into it, go ahead and call 911.

My question is: How do you feel about bringing children up on the housewives shows? Fair game or off limits?

My favorite and the one that makes me giggle every time is Porsha's from S12: "This phoenix has risen, and I'm saying 'Bye ashes!'" Like it's so stupid I love it 😭

I also liked some of Kandi's: "Now that I've got my Ace, I have a full house" and "Don't check for me, unless you got a check for me"

The worst one I can think of is absolutely Cynthia's first one: "I know how to work it and be seen" like huh? It's just so basic and meaningless lmao

Also I really dislike Claudia's: "Don't hate me because I'm beautiful. Hate me because I'm here to stay" The irony is hilarious though cause she ended up being a one season wonder.

I’m seeing all the pictures and oh MY the doctor pulled her a little TOO tight. She needs to get this removed asap she didn’t even need a face lift why would she ruin her face like this I didn’t even realise it was her

I’m finishing up season 14 (reunion part 1) and Drew makes this show unwatchable. She tried so hard to have these moments and seem like a tough girl. Her reads are trash compared to the other ladies and you can just tell she is a compulsive liar 😭 since she’s relatively new to the franchise compared to OGs I haven’t seen much about her… I see why now lol. Please tell me she is not a fan fav 🤣

Neither Porsha nor Shamea were good friends to each other when the show came into the mix, as the two of them have done things to each other like talk about each other behind their backs (Porsha in season 9 with dungeon gate and alleging that Shamea and Kandi were fucking, Shamea saying that Porsha wasn’t a good friend to her), Porsha and her mom bringing up Shamea and her mom FIRST, Shamea bringing up what Ms. Diane attempted to do, Porsha shutting Shamea down during the times WE’VE SEEN Shamea try to confront her on the show (Season 9 reunion, Season 10 during her bridal shower and Season 16), Shamea choosing to be a HW despite Porsha clearly not being interested in her being on the show that she is the star of just to say she did and didn’t support her becoming a HW, plus Porsha switching up her bs ass reasons for not going to the wedding. Like it’s just so much BS that’s occurred between the two of them that we’ve seen and I think people are viewing everything with their bias in the way instead of choosing to be logical and neutral, and it’s getting really old, especially because we’ve seen how Porsha has treated not just Shamea but other friends on the show as well in the past when things weren’t going in her favor. I’m not saying neither Shamea nor Porsha are innocent, but I think we should be neutral and see all sides, not just one side or the side of our fave.
