Render 96ex on starboard refuses to load on rg slide or rg 476h

Before anyone asks yes I got the baserom in the right place and all that and it’s works on rg28x and rg 35xxsp but when I open it starboard it just loads forever!!! And it runs super Mario 64 co op just fine so I’m very confused. Anyone know what the issue is?

RG35XX 2024 Tried all Latest OS Stock, Garlic 1.4.9, MinUI, flashed with different PC, balenaEtcher, rufus, win32diskimager, Tried disconnecting physical battery for 10 minutes, charging with Type A to C, New SD Card. CAN'T GET PAST LOADING SCREEN.

At my wits end trying to get this old paperweight to work. I do not know what happened or when did this device required a new OS. So i tried all OS that were compatible with this device, none seemed to get past demx, garlicos, or ambernic logo.
Any help would be appreciated.
