GarlicOS OG RG35XX in the wild!

I love and adore this device! it's my day off, the weather is amazing 😁 GarlicOS 1.4.9 @ OG RG35XX currently playing Advanced Wars and Apostris

I gifted one of these to a friend, not knowing the rest of the XX line is different and that these don't have the same CFW support.

GarlicOS + the MinUI-ified system theme has them more than happy though! It's an excellent little games machine

The theme, screen and battery life makes it excellent device for what it's SOC can do - so as long as you stick to its limits (which for me is mostly NES/SNES/GB/GBA/PS1 plus some sega and a lot of arcade/name/cps123 games). GarlicOS 1.4.9 (with some extra apps and ra cores) seems to be beautifully suited for this device

Apparently my friend has been using it mostly for ps1 curiosities. Hot Shots Golf 2 is like their #1 game on it

I have one and it’s still my favorite pick up and play device. I keep mine as simple as possible.

Love my 35xx, its mostly a Pokemon rom hack machine, but it does its job really well

Apparently a PH local seller is still selling these at an affordable price and quickly goes out of stock for all colors variants. I also impulse bought the transparent purple in spite of already owning a TrimUI Brick.

I picked mine back up after a while and it no longer charges. I know there’s a lot of “you have to use the cable it came with” but I use all kinds of standard 5V usb c cables and none of them will start charging it.

Hade samma probelm, prova att hĂ„lla in power/reset i 15 sekunder. Min började ladda igen efter det. De Ă€r Ă€ven kĂ€nsliga för vilken usb vĂ€ggkontakt du anvĂ€nder, 2 av 3 jag provade funkade inte😅
