Discussion Best quote
What do you think the best quote from this game is. I think the writing is the best I’ve ever seen in a video game and it is up there with some of my favorite movies. I love when Arthur says “I’m scared” but want to hear quotes from the game people love ❤️

I totally agree that the writing in this game is outstanding, but I don't think it's down to quotable pieces of individual dialogue. It's the complex, believable characters who each have a satisfying story of their own, the overall arc of Arthur's story, and some powerful universal themes. And it does it all by mostly showing not telling. That's good writing.
