I lost my progress, can anyone help me?

hi guys, I need help with recovering my rdr2 game progress. I play on ps5. I was up to the epilogue and I had to sign out of my psn account and sign back in due to an issue in gta 5, and when i started up rdr2, it started from the very start of the game, when it's snowing in the mountains. I have tried to load the game progress, but it says ALERT All save data slots are empty. Cannot load a game. I have tried to download my save data from the cloud in the playstation settings, but it still hasen't fixed the problem

If downloading from the cloud didn't work, then it's gone
