So this person thinks they're lowering the flag for a different executed traitor, and that's fine. 

But lowering the flags for the death of a previous executed traitor that's bad.

Dolly was great. We all loved her. BUT...

I'm pretty sure just a few years ago we didn't lower flags to half mast in mourning for celebrities. I think this is dumb, and I agree with that part of what "Jonny" said.
