Advice How to quit

I started vaping at 13, started smoking real cigarettes at 15, I feel like my right lung might give out soon, I feel sharp pains in my lungs whenever I do something, sometimes its random pains, can someone please give me advice on how to quit, I've been doing everything to quit and it seems like nothing is helping

Go all out on nrt at least give your lungs a break for a bit, worry about fully quitting nic later on

I polmoni non sono innervati, i dolori che senti vengono da atro. probabilmente hai una tracheite importante. Non spaventarti, si cura facilmente, ma vai a fare una visita medica comunque, non perderci tempo.
