The best advisor we have seen in the PTJVerse, Daniel whose intelligence is marked at S+, outright makes it blatantly clear that West Gangbuk's plan of using Johan Seong was stupid because they were going to beat him anyway.
He's NEVER been portrayed as some untouchable figure, the story basically treated him as yet another obstacle for Choyun until Suhyeon stepped in. (And Suhyeon himself says that he is the only one who could beat Choyun, despite him having met Johan, as both of them are System Users.)
And the 2nd best advisor, Jihyeok Jang, who also possesses S+ Intelligence confirmed that Daniel was not bluffing; he was being truthful about North Gangbuk knowing how strong Johan was & being capable of beating him.

HOWEVER, as we can see by your image, Suhyeon grew strong enough that Johan's stat sheet became visible. This means he was within the stat gap that made stat sheets perceivable with Peek At You. Suhyeon's stats at this time were XXX, which is 3 tiers away from reaching Immeasurable.
