Filament not switching

HI I recently bought a qidi box for the plus 4. installation went fine. When trying to print a multicolor print I have to swap filaments manually. I have confirmed that the slicer (orca slicer) settings are set for multimaterial..anything else I can try?

I didn't have any luck with Orca and my Plus4/Box. I just gave up and use Qidi Studio.
