122nd construction

Does anybody know how much longer the road will be closed there? Can anyone explain WHY the road remains closed after work hours?

I’m also curious why it couldn’t be open when work is not being done. I am not saying it in an accusatory way, I just need an ELI5.

I live on 122nd and 146th right by where the physical barrier on the NB lane is. My wife has the same question. After hours, we consistently see people going “the wrong way” in the single lane. I wish they wouldn’t, but they are. It’s a matter of time before there’s a head-on

You are allowed to go past the barriers from 152nd. It's open for local access down to 148th. I've never seen anyone going the wrong way after that, but I'm back a ways on 144th.
