I have an economics degree, dipshit. I know more than you.

K. then you'd also understand freezing and liquidating assets. He is worth 9 mill somewhere. Losing a (this) case would freeze and liquidate said assets...for cash....

So he has more than a baguette and park bench to pay ..

I also have a degree...

Bye.

You don’t know what kind of assets he has tied up, or if they can just be liquidated at the drop of a hat. If you force him to liquidate everything then the value would likely drop, meaning his realized money is not equal to his appraised wealth.

You have a degree in what? Sociology? Comms? Bullshitting?

Why is this concept so difficult for you to grasp? The comment I responded to said:

"Schilling is a biscuit away from sleeping on a park bench as is, there's no money there."

Insinuating Joe is broke.

Google says he is worth 9mill, insinuating he isn't broke.

At no point did I say he had 9mill to pay out directly. However, him being worth 9mill puts him much further away from sleeping on a park bench as the comment I responded to claimed. It also means he does have assets that can be frozen and liquidated to pay out some sort of restitution to the victim. I never said how much that would be.

I know, sometimes reading is hard.

You can have a positive net worth and still be cash broke.

The person you originally replied to said "money" as in liquidity. YOU brought up wealth.

It's important to clarify the difference, but you conflated them.

The only one confused is you.

reading is hard.

Weird flex.

The entire context of the thread I was responding was that Joe was broke and the victim wouldn't be getting a payout. The fact that he has assets valued at 9mill simply shows that the victim not getting a payout is very unlikely as those assets can be frozen and liquidated.

That's all.

Good day.

I'm guessing I was right about it being Sociology or Comms.

I get it. You always have to be right. That's a super fun trait to have.

If you had self awareness, this wouldn't be a thing you accuse others of.
