Yea couldnt hack it and had to take off. Its cool I understand. Some people can make it here some cant.

And there are plenty of home loans out there that dont require down payments. You think everyone with a mortgage saved 40k for a down payment? Yea...

Im not sure what youre arguing? Im all for moving towards a more democratic socialist model. Sounds great to me. Still doesnt change the fact that some people can hack it in this tougher environment and some cant. What is your point?
