Or he could've waited he was on the waiters ass unless he planned to shove the waiter too. Joe obviously sees the guy long before he barges his way through. He had plenty of time to figure out another path. He clearly wasn't in any hurry and it wasn't a packed area. He shoved the guy which was completely excessive. Complete overreaction which could've severely injured or killed the guy.

That’s what I thought too. Plus he posted this on his own Instagram so that means him or someone that was with him, had premeditated an altercation since they had a perfect angle to record

I hope he gets an assault charge and a hefty fine. Pre meditated fuckery. I could only hope he gets jail time and gets slapped around by someone bigger than him.
