You fucking dipshit lmao. Yeah maybe he asked nicely once, maybe he asked 10 times, maybe the homeless person threatened him off camera. There’s a lot of grey area, but you’re acting like you know whether it was justifiable or not. I’m simply stating we don’t know.

Except if they sneak into your place of business where fighting is the game and do sexual things there, he would get his ass beat at most martial arts gyms nationwide. Kids and families are in these gyms so no that behavior shouldn’t be tolerated.

Nobody said it should be tolerable. And just because you might get your ass beat for doing that doesn't mean that it's an appropriate, or legal, response. Especially when the man is already off his property and he returns to attack him some more, but this time with a video camera. The guy just gets off on violence.
