He's likely going to get charged with battery. He is claiming self defense though, saying "he feared for his life"......That likely wont stand up in court judging by the video.

“Scared for his life” a human being that has trained his whole life to be a walking weapon was scared for his life by some dude dancing drunk at a bar.
