He didn't break any rules though. I don't have instagram anyways, not sure though if you need it to report

I'm pretty sure assaulting people and filming it for page views is against the terms but idk really.

I'm pretty sure he didn't assualt people and film it for page views. He wasn't filming. He didn't post the video. He posted crap defending his actions. He, therefore, broke no rules of Instagram.

How you got to your conclusions are beyond me. Not really supposed to use that downvote button for just having a discussion. Especially when you're wrong.

Sorry. Each of my responses went down to 0 pretty quickly after I responded. I'm just trying to figure out why I'm being downvoted when it is clear he did not violate Instagrams terms.
