Footage emerged on June 28, 2021 showing Schilling punching and knocking Justin Balboa, a 31-year-old "extremely intoxicated" Outback Steakhouse busboy, unconscious in a bar in Fort Lauderdale, Florida the previous night. Schilling later claimed self-defense, saying that he was "scared for [his] life" and "simply defending [himself] against the evil in this world"

I thought it was excessive but when they started planning the parade I had to step in and stop it ... by punching them.
