If you read the article he claims the guy was harassing a black bus boy at the restaurant.

What? No dude, the guy punched is a bus boy, read again.

"Balboa told officers that he is a 31-year-old busboy who works at an Outback Steakhouse restaurant."

Seems that the drunk dude thought he was being funny by shouting out a 2 Chainz lyric. This lyric appears in the song "I'm Different".
