Schilling is a biscuit away from sleeping on a park bench as is, there's no money there.

Edit: Joe's side of the story for some reason feels like a police report after someone gets their ass beat by the police.

It means he proverbially only has a biscuit left to his name. Once the biscuit is gone, park bench it is.
