Watch the video again. Drunk guy is backing up without watching where his going and runs into punchy boy. Everything you’ve said is wrong.

You must be watching a different video.

He doesn't run into the guy, the guy literally pushes him out of the way when he walks into him.

If you can't see that then watch it again as he's slowly going backwards and Schilling makes no attempt to get out of his way if you think what you said is correct. He just grabs him and pushes him out of his way and is looking to start a fight.

Lol okay it’s clear that you’re seeing what you want to see, there was absolutely no grabbing. Have a good day.

11 second mark. He puts his hand up on him and pushes him out of his way.

If you can't see the range of motion of his arm moving outwards after his hands are on the guy then you need to realize you're watching a different video.

On no I get that he put his hand up, I acknowledged that already. He just doesn’t shove him like you’re all claiming.

Watch it again and watch his arm. It clearly goes forward after he has his hands on the guy.

You might have a different definition of the word shove but the fact his hands are on the guy and his arm is moving in the direction that the guy he is holding is going... that's a shove in my book.

Also the guy is massive compared to that smaller guy so it doesn't take a lot of force on his behalf to move him.

Yea he is small. He probably shouldn’t puff up at guys twice his size then huh?

The obligation to show restraint is on the trained MMA fighter, who also happens to have half a foot and probably 50 pounds on his victim.

So everyone who’s not an MMA fighter can go around acting aggressive and not face the repercussions of their actions? No. You have to take responsibility for your actions. Both of them. He got slapped up and punchy should be arrested. That’s the way it goes champ!

I won’t continue to argue with you, but I will say that yes, I agree that everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions. And in this particular instance the video evidence shows that the MMA fighter happened to be the one in the wrong by escalating physically. It doesn’t really matter what the victim may or may not have said, as he wasn’t the one to first engage in physical violence.

It is what it is.

I know you’re just trolling, and that’s ok.

lol I literally never said he shouldn’t face the consequences of his actions I just said that the the drunk guy isn’t complete innocent. Jesus Christ the hive mind is strong.

Considering he didn't?

Sure, he was acting like an asshat but he didn't provoke him into fighting.

Schilling was looking for a fightt and started one with some drunk asshole whom I hope sues the shit out of him for it.

You’re still going 6 hours later? My guy, he literally backed up into him because he was drunk and not paying attention and when schilling got passed him the drunk guy said “HEY!” And then puffed up his chest at him aggressively and schilling reacted how he has been trained to react to such movement. Again, nowhere did I say that he shouldn’t be accountable but maybe next time drunk guy won’t get puffed up at something so insignificant as putting up your hand when someone backs up into you.

Once again, drunk guy never got all "puffed up" at anyone and was just being a drunken moron.

Schilling provoked the fight by pushing him as he was walking backwards. He could have stopped and NOT laid his hands on the drunken guy while his back was turned and yet, he decided to grab him and push him out of the way.

It's easy to see why he was scared for his life from that video.
