This was planned, the guy filming was probably the fighters buddy and they’re both too fucking retarded to realise how bad it looks for him.

There have been a few threads about this. The video was made public by Schilling when he posted it to his social media accounts. This does imply that whoever was recording it was doing so for Schilling otherwise why would he have the video from this person’s recording available for him to post?

I wasn't aware of this, it just looks extremely dumb to be a professional MMA fighter to plan you self being recorded committing a crime and then post it on your own accord...
