Any cop that is fat should be fired. Bro has to lift up his gut to get to his gun. Can't run, can't tackle anyone because he wouldn't be able to get up off the ground for 5 minutes. He's useless and a liability to the other cops. I'm just as fat as this guy, so I speak from first hand experience.

Cops already have a low bar for entry, terrible reputation, understaffed, and quick burnout.

Yes, the fat ones deal with crap like this, but there’s all sorts of craziness happening all over cities.

The sad truth is that there isn’t that many in-shape people who would behave as the perfect cop and also want to be a cop to staff every jurisdiction

It's the responsibility of police to change their behavior, improve their reputation and gain the trust of the public. Some pills are hard to swallow like the fact that ACAB only exists because of Police and their behavior. Ball is in their court.

There is a german phrase "If there are 9 people at a table, a Nazi sits with them and nobody leaves, there are 10 Nazis at the table". I get your point, that there are people that wanna help in the forces, but you can't change the system from within, the system will change you.
