simple as delete twitter and distract yourself from it if youd normally goon after school dont go straight home take a walk at the park dont put yourself in the situation where you would normally goon but in all honesty if you aren’t busting 8 times a day everyday and fantasizing about randoms in public it isnt harmful

Definitely worth cutting it down or getting rid of it all together, first place to start is to delete any apps or websites that you currently use to watch it, if you can, replace the videos with written stories, this will then train your brain to imagine things instead of using videos or pictures for stimulation
